2. Live Plant Guarantee & Returns

Note: Since we deal with live plants, slight variations in size, color, and shape from photographs are expected. We offer a 48-hour freshness guarantee. If your plant arrives damaged or unhealthy, you must report it within 48 hours with photographic evidence for a free replacement. We do not accept returns on live plants.

3. Orders and Delivery

By placing an order on NurseryWallah, you agree to provide accurate delivery information. We strive to deliver healthy plants within the estimated delivery windows. However, external factors such as extreme weather conditions may cause delays. In such events, we will proactively notify you to reschedule delivery to ensure the safety of the plants.

4. Communications

By creating an Account on our Service, you agree to subscribe to newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other plant care tips we may send. However, you may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in any email we send.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may use Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Terms. You agree not to use Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
• To exploit or harm others in any way.
